It is neither. This is semi-private training where anywhere from 1-3 people could be training at the same time but all training programs are individually based. Your workout routines are designed based off of your goals and what you’re qualified to do (based on a thorough assessment conducted).
We provide as much guidance as possible because we know this a critical aspect for getting results. We initiate the process with a detailed General Health Questionnaire along with an assessment of your current nutritional habits. From there we can determine where you need the most help and then establish a plan to make the appropriate changes as easy as possible.
Bring a water bottle and we’ll give you some electrolytes to drink while training to help you stay hydrated and replenish any minerals lost from exercise (Thorne Catalyte electrolyte product featured on the right).
