We use an app created by Designs For Health to put you on a diet that is right for you, and we help you implement it as well. You still have to do the work but we help you identify what the work is.

After leaving the Marine Corps in 1999 I got my first certification and started training people for a living. Since that time I’ve continued to learn from some of the smartest people in the industry while getting some of the best certifications out there and attending countless seminars. I’m constantly either improving my training facility or myself in an effort to be the best coach possible with the best private training facility to implement what I learn.
Urban Strength Institute was esbablished in 2009 to have complete control over the training environment and to utilize science-based training principles with state-of-the-art equipment to provide the best results possible. We have over 20 years experience applying the science and honing our skills and continue to stay in academia.
