We use the TRAIN WITH PUSH app and have a database of over 250 exercises filmed for demos. You can view a calendar with all your scheduled workouts and we can make changes to the schedule anytime if a workout needs to be moved to another day. We manage your daily stress to determine how much volume and what type of training modality would be best for each individual training session, and we prescribe lifestyle changes to help with recovery ranging from improving sleep to building more resiliency to stress.
When it comes to results, nothing matters more than what you eat. We make sure to help you as much as possible albeit moving into your home and cooking for you. We use an app created by Designs For Health to put you on a diet that is right for you. With over 16 plans to get you started (Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Clean eating, along with a health-related focus), we pick the one that makes the most sense for you and then help you implement it. We continually adjust the plan until it’s perfect for you.
All the individual workout and training blocks that I personally do are scheduled for you to do as well. Exercise variations are available for you if you wish to make an adjustment.

Since leaving the Marine Corps in 1999 I’ve been involved in the fitness industry.
