It is neither. This is semi-private training where anywhere from 1 to 3 people could be training at the same time but all programs are individually based on you. Your workout routines are designed based on your goals and what you’re qualified to do (based on a thorough assessment conducted).

We provide as much guidance as possible through an app. We work with you to figure out what a good and easily sustainable diet along with a meal plan will be and then we help you apply it.

Bring a water bottle and we’ll give you some electrolytes to drink while training to help you stay hydrated and the replenish any minerals lost from exercise. We use Thorne’s Catalyte or Designs For Health’s Electrolyte Synergy. Both are health practitioners companies.

We are by appointment only and work between the hours of 6AM to 8PM Monday – Friday and 7AM to 1PM Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. You can schedule an appointment on our BOOK APPOINTMENT on the top menu bar. If you don’t see a time that works for you give us a call at 773-453-5936.

Urban Strength Institute was esbablished in 2009 to have complete control over the training environment and to utilize science-based training principles with state-of-the-art equipment to provide the best results possible. We have over 20 years experience applying the science and honing our skills and continue to stay in academia.
