We collect all necessary data such as poundage, reps, sets, and total volume to determine where to go with each workout to ensure progress. They say the dullest of ink is better than the best of memories. We do one better with collecting the data on your phone with the Train with Push app.

When it comes to losing fat and getting lean, nothing matters more than what you eat. At USI we make sure to help you as much as possible albeit moving into your home and cooking for you. We use an app created by Designs For Health to put you on a diet that is right for you, and we help you implement it as well. You still have to do the work but we help you identify what the work is.
