Since that time I’ve continued to learn from some of the smartest people in the industry while getting some of the best certifications out there and attending countless seminars. I’m constantly either improving my training facility or myself in an effort to be the best coach possible with the best private training facility to implement what I learn.

When it comes to losing fat and getting lean, nothing matters more than what you eat. At USI we make sure to help you as much as possible albeit moving into your home and cooking for you. We use an app created by Designs For Health to put you on a diet that is right for you, and we help you implement it as well. You still have to do the work but we help you identify what the work is.
